The Educational Opportunity Program, or EOP, is a counseling and academic support program designed to help low-income and first generation college students succeed in college. The purpose of these programs is to help students who face additional obstacles in higher education succeed academically and graduate.

HEOP offers a generous financial aid package through a combination of scholarships, federal and state grants, low-interest student loans, and federal work study. Tuition, room and board, books and supplies, and basic living expenses are all taken into consideration when determining the financial aid package.

- Must have graduated from high school with a 4-year average between 70 and 84.5, or have earned a GED or a vocational diploma.
